| Friday 4th December 2009 | WAFL Christmas Lunch, Hilton Hotel, Hall Ings, Bradford. Full Brass band and Guest Speaker back this year by popular demand, Jimmy Carroll, supported of course by your chairman, David E Taylor, so it should be a great afternoon! Lunch at 12:30pm prompt. Be there early for maximum hospitality! |

| Friday 23rd April 2010 | WAFL St George's Day Lunch to be held at The Queen's Hotel, Leeds. The event was such a success this year that it simply has to be repeated. There will be a Full Brass Band, Morris Dancers and Skullions to accompany the Roast Beed of Old England and other fantastic cabaret as those of you who attended this year will no doubt remember. It was a marvellous event! We raised a lot of money for cancer. I will let everybody know the name of the Guest Speaker at a later date but I can assue you it will be somebody exceptional |
